The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is seeking a contractor to provide grant compliance audit services under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ), as described in the following solicitation: “20343124Q00006, AUDIT SERVICES AR/CH/P/U.” This contract will be awarded for one (1) 12-month Base Period and up to four (4), 12-month Option Periods, which will be exercised at the discretion of the IAF.
