Grandfather Ranger District Recreation Areas Janitorial Services

Provide janitorial services at Grandfather Ranger District (RD) Recreation Facilities in the East, West and Linville Zones as described in the attachments.This work includes cleaning of restroom facilities as well as trash removal and disposal off-site.

Anticipated award is firm fixed price base plus four odering period Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

Offerors are not required to provide quotes for all three Grandfather RD Zones to remain eligible for a BPA award.
The Government reserves the right to award one or multiple BPAs resulting from this solicitation.
