This was awarded from a solicitation for commercial products & services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  The announcement constituted the only solicitation; quotes were being requested and a written solicitation was not issued. The solicitation was published for 8 days and emailed to 84 vendors, 7 quotes were received. The decision was to award to the vendor with the lowest priced quote, Product & Service meets the technical capacity listed in the Minimum Specifications within this solicitation.  This decision is considered the Best Value to the Government in terms of the evaluating factors for Technical, Past Performance, and Price.
