The USDA, Forest Service has a requirement on the Green Mountain National Forest in Rochester, VT, to provide and install a pre-engineered building with exterior to match appearance with existing Rochester Workshop. See Project Plans for style and configuration. Structure shall be supported by foundations below frost depth and design by the Contractor or building manufacturer. Building shall have a concrete slab floor, power, lighting, site work, and other miscellaneous items as shown on the project plans.
