Global Hawk RQ-4 Program Support and Services

This announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action. The office of AFLCMC/WIKA intends to award a contract for the development, modernization, retrofit, and sustainment activities of the RQ-4 Global Hawk system directly supporting the United States Government. Requirements include program management, engineering and onsite support, hardware/software upgrades and sustainment, site modifications, contract field service support, configuration management, logistics, technical analysis and studies, training development and administration, security compliance and test and integration activities.
