Geothermal HVAC Unit Replacement

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the replacement of ten aging HVAC units for diplomatic residence within the Yongsan Embassy Housing (YEH) compound, Seoul, Korea.  If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached solicitation document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1442 attached in the file.

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires replacement of aging HVAC units to new compatible geothermal HVAC units in the Yongsan Embassy Housing (YEH) compound, Seoul, Korea.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer.  The Government plans to issue the solicitation in June 2026. The solicitation will be posted on the SAM.gov -no paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements.
