Geotechnical Drilling Services for Project OR FLAP DOUGLAS 251(2), Winchester Bridge Replacement

The Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is preparing a geotechnical subsurface exploration program for the Winchester Creek Bridge in Douglas County, Oregon. The primary goal is to assess the subsurface conditions for designing a replacement bridge structure. Agency partners include the U.S. Forest Service.
