Generators Preventive Maintenance Services

The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City seeks a contractor that performs annual and semi-annual maintenance and inspection services for facility low voltage diesel standby generator systems. 

The anticipated performance period is for a base year plus a 2-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

All contractors are to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://sam.gov/content/entity-landing
