The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Capital Projects Contracting Division, is pleased to announce the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a project at the Thurgood Marshall U.S. Courthouse, situated at 40 Foley Square in New York, NY.
