On or about 25 March 2026, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for “Garrison Dam Spillway Man Lift Services”. The solicitation will close on or about 27 April 2026. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. Project Description: Man lift services are needed for an HSS (Hydraulic Steel Structure) inspections of the Garrison Dam spillway Tainter gates.
