Pre-Solicitation Synopsis The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) NO. W9127N26BA012 for Garibaldi Depoe Bay Pipeline Dredging 2026. The dredging project includes mandatory work at three locations throughout Garibaldi, OR and Depoe Bay, OR. Pipeline dredging is required by this contract. Material placement will be within designated surf zone and in-water sites. The total approximate scope is 80,000 cubic yards depending on project needs and funding availability.
