General: This statement of work provides detail for acquisition of garbage and fish waste removal services for both U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Leech Lake Dam and Recreation Area AND the Winnibigoshish (Winnie) Dam and Recreation Areas during “Peak” and “Non-Peak” portions of each year.
