Garbage Collection

The purpose of this amendment is to modify the timing requirements for System for Award Management (SAM) registration. Accordingly, the solicitation is amended as follows:

1. SAM Registration Requirement: FAR 52.204-7 is hereby replaced in its entirety with FAR 52.204-7, Alternate I. Offerors are encouraged to register in SAM as soon as possible. If registration is not active at the time of proposal submission, the successful offeror must be registered in SAM prior to contract award.
2. Proposal Submission Deadline: The deadline for the submission of proposals is hereby extended as follows:
   • Original Due Date: June 7, 2026, at 15:00 Local Time (LT)
   • Revised Due Date: June 25, 2026, at 15:00 Local Time (LT)
