The Overhead door failed due to age and was found that several springs were broken, worn and needed to be replaced.Contractor will replace 5 Torsion Spring Assemblies on overhead bay door 1 and inspect existing hardware to determine functioning condition. Contractor will replace any hardware not deemed to be in proper working condition. Contractor will make all necessary steps to ensure proper functionality of door.
