This is a presolicitation notice IAW FAR 5.204 and 36.213-2. The project includes but is not limited to the following Work: 1. Demolish existing bunkhouse and construct a new bunkhouse including all associated appliances, construction and connection to utilities, water, wastewater/septic, communication lines, etc. 2. Prefabricated modular structure as the basis for design. Manufacturing the bunkhouse, site work and landscaping, transporting and placing on site, connecting and constructing all applicable utilities, final construction and grading, and all other services and construction to produce a final useable product.
