GAOA SOUTH ZONE FENCE REPLACEMENT

Amendment 0006 - This amendment makes the following change:

- Due to Presidential Executive Order 14398, FAR Clause 52.222-90 is mandatorily added to all open solicitations to be incorporated into any resulting awards. FAR 52.222-90 is hereby included in the Terms and Conditions. This clause is included as an attachment to the solicitation.

- Descope - Due to funding limitations, the Great Wall of Buckeye site is removed from the base items on the SOI. Any reference to this site throughout any attachments is hereby deemed not a part of any resulting contract.

- SOW paragraph 1.7 START DATE is changed to May 18, 2026.

- SOW paragraph 1.8 CONTRACT TIME is changed to 344 Calendar Days; the POP end date remains 4/26/2027.

Amendment 0004 - This amendment makes the following clarifications: Updated to add CO signature.

- There are some discrepancies that have been identified within the solicitation. The 
attached questions and answers address those discrepancies with instruction as to what
information takes precedence. These answers will be made a part of any resulting contract.
The supporting documents will be adjusted as identified within this amendment.
- The response date is changed to April 3, 2026. The time remains 12:00 PM MT.
