3.1 SOI_GAOA South Zone Fence Replacement Update 01. The following changes have

been made:
- Mobilization line item added. Bond premiums should be added to this line item.
- Sites that have both post and rail fencing and barbed wire fencing have been split into
separate line items.
- The response date is being extended to March 26, 2026. The time remains 12:00 PM MT.
