GAOA Buck Hall Recreation Phase 1 Renovation (SC)

** Pre-soliciation will last until 1/4/2026 due to the holidays.  The RFP solicitation will be posted on SAM.GOV the first week of January 2026**

• Proposed project includes the reconstruction of Buck Hall Recreation Area's Campground and Day Use Area. Specific work includes the replacement of the site's sea wall with a new revetment and sea wall, the replacement of the site's bath house, toilet building, well house, picnic shelter, water system, wastewater system, and electrical system, reconfiguration of the site's campground loop, boat landing, day use trail, and storm drainage system.
