Purpose: The purpose of the Notice is to announce that Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to solicit proposals from vendors to provide services as part of its Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program for Contracted Emergency Residential Services. Services will be for the Department of Veterans Affairs San Francisco VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS). Vendors to provide these services in San Francisco, California.
