2027 McConnell AFB Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) The 22d Contracting Squadron (22 CONS) of the 22d Air Refueling Wing announces the acquisition of a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) requirement at McConnell AFB, Kansas. The MACC is a firm-fixed price Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract that is awarded to up to seven (7) firms with three (3) additional firms being identified as potential on-ramp vendors.
