FY26 REPAIR WHOLE HOUSE, BUILDING 1255, MCAS IWAKUNI, This project revitalizes six officer (O1-O3 and W1-W3) family housing units located in the North Side Housing Area at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni (MCASI), Japan. Sustainment work includes, but not limited to, exterior painting; repairing and painting/tiling all interior walls and ceilings; repairing cracked/ broken concrete sub-base.
