The solicitation will result in purchase order contract. This is a non-personnel services requirement to provide USACE, Seattle District, NavigationSection, a back-up crane vessel to fill in for the M/V PUGET. Primary tasks include the collection offloating debris within Puget Sound and its Tributary Waters and removing/installing equipment within thesmall lock and dams at Hiram M. Chittenden Locks.
