FY26 Deicing Chemicals for Airfield and MFH Street

0001:Delivery and Injection of Deicing/Anti-icing Fluid for Airfield The contractor shall provide delivery and injection of deicing/anti-icing chemical, Potassium Acetate for airfield use, at the storage tanks, Bldg. 910 and Bldg. 1742, Misawa Air Base, Japan by 30 Nov 2026. The chemical shall meet the requirement as determined by SAE AMS 1431, Solid Runway Deicing/Anti-icing Product and SAE AMS 1435, Liquid Runway Deicing/Anti-Icing Product in accordance with para. 14.3.4.1. in DAFI 32-1001. All transportation, handling, disposal of empty containers, and other associated costs necessary for the chemical delivery to and injection at Misawa Air Base, Japan, shall be included.
