FY26-27 SEWIP Block 3 Design Agent Engineering Support

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Linthicum Heights, Maryland, is awarded a $12,846,275 cost-plus-fixed fee and cost-only ceiling increase modification to previously awarded contract N00024-22-C-5520 for Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program Block 3 Electronic Attack systems Design Agent Engineering Support. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract action to $52,011,440. Work will be performed in Linthicum Heights, Maryland and is expected to be completed by August 2026. If all options are exercised, work will continue through August 2027. Under 10 USC 3204(a)(1) a justification was provided for this sole source procurement. The redacted J&A is included with this notice.
