Amendment 0001: Purpose of the amendment is to fully note that this acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for FY25 Debris Vessel Reynolds Maintenance. The work may include welding modifications/fabrications which shall be performed by a certified welder.
