The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for Sidetrack Roadbed Maintenance at Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan

Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed (authorized by Japan Freight Railway Company) and registrated to perform work in the country of Japan.
