ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors, LLC (AFGSC), the Prime BOS Contractor,  and/or the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, at any time, either before or after the closing date. In the event that AFGSC or the Government cancels this solicitation, neither AFGSC nor the Government has any obligations to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
