Fundamentals of Explosives, Propellants and Combustion and Warhead Mechanics Training

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Division (NSWC IHD) provides training for its employees and intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to provide the following service:

Training courses that will provide employees with an in-depth understanding of the Fundamentals of Explosives, Propellants and Combustion as well as Warhead Mechanics with 1 option year.   Training shall also go over the various types of explosives and their applications.
