FUJI Digital Radiography system

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division negotiated and awarded a $655,994.00 Firm Fixed Price contract with MPM Products, Inc. of Ontario,CA on 29 September, 2023. This was a sole source requirement to MPM Products, Inc. based on the authority proivded at FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirement. MPM Products, Inc. is the only vendor who can provide this product wothout substantial delay or duplucation of cost to the government.
