This acquisition is restricted to qualified sources (Axillon CAGE 56221, Floats & Fuel Cells CAGE 7Z8Q5).  Contractors desiring to become a qualified source must submit a qualification package. Please see clause  52.209-1 and the attached Manufacturing Qualification Requirement for additional details.

The primary purposes of this notice are as follows:

• Conduct market research to determine if other sources are capable of satisfying the agency’s requirements exist and if commercial items or nondevelopmental items are available that meet the agency’s requirements
• Improve small business access to acquisition information
• Enhance competition by identifying contracting and subcontracting opportunities
