CONTRACT INFORMATION: This is a pre-solicitation notice for a two-phase, full and open Request for Proposal (RFP) for Design Build construction of a barracks to accommodate 320 Soldiers at Fort Wainwright, Alaska.  The estimated dollar magnitude is anticipated to be between $150,000,000 and $250,000,000.
