28 Sep 2023: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC) has a requirement from the United States Army, Headquarters, Installation Management Command (HQ IMCOM) and the Department of Public Works at Fort Novosel, AL.  A non-personal services contract to provide Job Order Contract Services (JOC).
