This procurement action is for a firm fixed-price construction contract to remediate the former Franklin Slag site located at the northeast corner of Castor and Delaware Avenues in Philadelphia, PA in an industrial setting. The Franklin Slag Pile Superfund Site contains slag material associated with the recycling of smelting operations of the former Franklin Smelting and Refining Company (FSRC), located adjacent to the Site.
