France E-2D Peculiar Support Equipment

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to negotiate and make an award on a sole-source basis with The Boeing Company, CAGE: 22819, for a Fixed-Price contract. This procurement is to acquire various pieces of Percuiliar Support Equipment (see attachment) in support of the France E-2D Program. 

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” for this action.
