Site visit for the is @ 11:00 am MST on 2/26/2026. Meeting place is at the Public
Information Center at Fort Logan National Cemetery. See page 23 for
question and answer period.

All vendor questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to the david.hester@va.gov
no later than 8:00 am EST 3/2/26. Questions received after this deadline may not be addressed, and answers
will be provided via amendment on SAM.gov no later than 3/6/2026.

This posting serves as the official Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The full solicitation package, including all attachments, Performance Work Statement (PWS), CLIN schedule, applicable clauses, and evaluation instructions, is included in this posting. Vendors must review the entire solicitation package and all amendments prior to submitting a proposal.
