1.Background/Introduction: This contract is for Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) thatmeet the minimum salient characteristics listed in the attached document to include colorprinting, copy/scan functionality, CAC Smartcard enabled, and standard finishingcapability. Each MFD will include a Full-Service Maintenance Agreement for service andsupplies to include print, toner, developer, dry ink, cleaning rollers, fillers, staples, and HDremoval. The Army (Receiving Unit) will maintain ownership of the hard drive(s) at the endof the final POP and/or when the device is replaced.
