The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Riley, KS intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for Roof Repair at Building B2417 and replace it with a new fully adhered 80 mil TPO roofing system over cover board, R38 insulation and 5/8-inch glass-mat roof board. Provide termination bars, counterflashing, and continuous bead of sealant. Install in accordance with roofing manufacturer's recommendations. Provide a 30-year manufacturer's warranty with 120-mph wind speed coverage.
