FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) TECHNICAL ORDER (TO) & COMPUTER PROGRAM IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (CPIN) WORLDWIDE REVIEW (WWR)

This acquisition aims to secure a location suitable for a workshop with around 300 participants. We require a large, well-equipped classroom with audio/visual facilities for plenary sessions, and four to five smaller rooms for breakout sessions (with audio/visual in one of the 4-5 breakout rooms). The facility also needs an office for event staff preparation and support. Wi-Fi access is essential in all spaces. The location must also offer a hotel room block for attendees to reserve individually. Please see specific details within Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement.
