In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5, this synopsis, posted by the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of the Component Procurement Officer on behalf of the Mitigation Section for support for its National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Direct Program.
