Firing Range Services for CBP Port of Norfolk

CBP is awarding a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) IAW FAR 6.303-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements" for the CBP Port of Norfolk for quarterly indoor firing range services from the following vendor:  CSA-VAB, LLC (known as Freedom Outdoors), 1300 Diamond Springs RD, STE 204, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23455, Range Facilities located at 5070 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virgina Beach, VA 23462. Contract total $48,000, period of performance 9/1/2025 to 6/30/2026.
