Fire Alarm System Upgrade and PMI Services – Award Notice

This contract action is a firm-fixed-price, noncompetitive award made under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Monaco Enterprises, Inc. is the only OEM-authorized source capable of providing the required MONACO D-21 hardware, software, RMF hardening, and PMI services. The MONACO D-21 system is proprietary, and no other vendors possess the required technical data, firmware access, or OEM authorization to perform the necessary upgrades or maintenance. Market research confirmed no alternative sources.
