Notice: 

Due to a number of RFIs and the government working to clarify the requirement, a new proposal due date, RFI due date, and a secondary site visit will be provided within the week. The new proposal due date will be no earlier than 05 Jan 2026.

Site Visit: All interested parties will need to meet at the visitor's center at 1330 local (MST) to acquire day passes and we will go to the site afterwards. The visitor's center is located just north of the main gate, on the west side of the highway. If you stay to the right as you approach the base, you can turn into the visitor center's parking lot about 100ft before the manned gate.
