The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a Contractor to provide all equipment, materials and labor associated with the installation and testing of a new fire alarm system for the Lock House at Lock & Dam #2. There is currently no fire alarm system in the structure. The new alarm system shall include (but not limited to) a Fire Alarm and Mass Notification Control Unit (FMCU); smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide detectors; pull stations; audible/visual notification appliances; and primary and auxiliary power supplies.
