The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to:

1. Incorporate the revised solicitation 80LARC25Q7001, which removes the Licensed/Certified Fitness Director as key personnel (Section A.2.19), fitness center as installation-accountable government property (Section A.2.20(c)(ii)(7)), TPA 4: Contractor’s experience in promoting and educating audiences on physical and mental health, fitness, regular physical exercise, and screenings for early detection of diseases (Section C.2.10(d)(11)) and PWS 4.0 from the Pertinence/Relevance Table.
