FEMA LogHOUSE II - Logistics Housing Operations Unit Installation, Maintenance and Deactivation

AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to answer Phase II instruction questions. Phase II is only open to offerors who completed Phase I and responded to the Advisory Notificaton. Proposals from other fims will not be reviewed.

AMENDMENT 0001: The RFP is amended to provide Government responses to timely received questions, and provide revised proposal documents. The question period is now closed.

The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in support of its Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHUs) program, has a service requirement for hauling, installation, maintenance, and deactivation support, as well as development and construction of group sites. The requirement is termed the Logistics Housing Operations Unit inStallation, maintenance, and dEactivation (LogHOUSE II) contracts. This requirement will provide FEMA with contractors who are ready to provide services that will support multiple, direct housing missions anywhere within the Contiguous 48 United States (CONUS).
