The Federal Bureau of Prisons: Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) Brooklyn intends to make a single award to a responsible entity that will provide all the necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to perform maintenance on the refrigerator/freezer walk-in boxes located at MDC Brooklyn and Building 4. Contractrors shall provide quotes encompassing the cost for all management, supervision, labor, materials, repairs, supplies, tools, instruments, equipment, shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services.
