This Request for Proposals is issued by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (FDIC) Legal Division.

This RFP solicits proposals from all interested and capable cloud-based data-hosting eDiscovery companies to serve as the FDIC’s primary eDiscovery vendor(s) for up to a 5-year ordering period.
