The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award to a post-secondary institution, vocational training or industry-based school that will be responsible for providing Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services. Successful completion of the tprogram must qualify adults in custody (hereinafter referred to as AIC) to obtain a CASAC credential.  The contract period shall consist of a base year from effective date of award through 12 months and four one-year options for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the government.
