This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Products and commercial Servies. As prescribed in 12.205(a)(2), insert a provision substantially as follows: (a) Evaluation factors.
