This solicitation is following FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions and Far Part 19.5, Small Business.  This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside, open market, brand name or equal, simplified acquisition. The Government intends to make a single award but reserves the right to make multiple awards if in the best interest of the government.
