The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes:
A. Resolve an Army's Contract Writing System (ACWS) malfunction which resulted in numerous duplicated Contract Line Items (CLINS), provisions, and clauses. It was not possible to delete duplicated content in a satisfactory manner. Therefore, to resolve this malfunction, the Solicitation number is changed from W564KV25RA002 to W564KV25RA023. The purpose of Amendment W564KV25RA0020009 is to allow the Government additional time to finish OLC review of changes to the solicitation to incorporate additional clarifications to the response provided for question 38 as part of the GAO corrective action, adding and deleting clauses/provisions, and revising the PWS to clarify DOCPER requirements.

The services are in support of the prevention and education of domestic violence and juvenile problematic
sexual behavior under the Army Family Advocacy Program, including 24/7 victim advocacy response and EPC
coordination.

In coordination with Office of Legal Counsel, on 03 April 2025, Amendment W564KV25RA0020008 is posted to SAM.Gov to extend the Solicitation's closing date to 22 April 2025 11:00PMCET/5:00PM EST, post the revised PWS, and publish the Government's revised answers to questions from Industry. 

The services are in support of the prevention and education of domestic violence and juvenile problematic
sexual behavior under the Army Family Advocacy Program, including 24/7 victim advocacy response and EPC
coordination.

In coordination with Office of Legal Counsel, Mr. Kenneth Rich, Amendment W564KV25RA0020006 extends the Solicitation's closing date for an additional 14 days to 28 March 2025 11:00PMCET/5:00PM EST.  All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

coordination.

Amendment 0003 revises the PWS and Evaluation Criteria; provides answers to Questions from Industry and extends the Solicitation closing date to 07 March 2025 11:00pmCET/1700EST.

sexual behavior under the Army Family Advocacy Program, including 24/7 victim advocacy response and EPC
coordination.

Amendment 0001 is to allow additional time for the Governement to answer questions from industry.  Goverment answerd/responses will be posted to SAM.GOV as soon as possible.
